  • Three video workshops — sales reps, warehouse staff, the accountant and a service engineer walked us through a typical day, highlighting pain points.
  • Interactive prototype in an Odoo demo — we replayed the same scenarios on a test system to see what is covered out of the box and where gaps remain.
  • Wish-list harvest — every participant described an “ideal” flow: stock alerts, two-click invoicing, a serial number that “lives” from purchase to warranty.
