Payments
All services must be paid in full in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Work begins within up to 5 business days after payment is received.
All purchases are final.
Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable.
Once a service is purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Service Conversion
If a client purchases the "Fit Odoo" or "Mini GAP Analysis" service and decides not to proceed, the service may be converted into an equivalent service package of up to 10 hours (Analyst and/or Development), upon request.
Similarly, purchased service hours may be used for analytical services instead of configuration, within the same total allocation.
Such conversion:
- does not change the total value of the service
- does not extend the validity period (30 calendar days)
- does not qualify for any refund
