TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Services 


 We provide consulting and configuration services based on the standard functionality of Odoo.

The services may include:

- business process analysis

- configuration of standard Odoo modules

- demonstration of configured processes

Scoup Control:

Only services explicitly described in the service scope or agreed in writing 

are included in the service.

Any requests, expectations, or assumptions not clearly defined 

are not considered part of the service and require a separate agreement.

The services do NOT include:

- custom development or coding

- third-party integrations

- installation of external modules

- preparation of technical documentation, specifications, or reports

- UI/UX design or customization beyond standard Odoo interface components

- validation or import of large datasets (more than 50 records per object)



2. Fit Odoo Service 


 The “Fit Odoo” service includes:

- analysis of the client’s business processes

- configuration of a demo Odoo environment based on standard functionality

- demonstration of the configured solution

- temporary access to the system


Access to the demo system is provided for up to 30 calendar days. 

Setup and delivery may take up to 5 business days.


Only one configuration scenario is provided. Alternative solutions are not included.




3. Mini GAP Analysis



 The “Mini GAP Analysis” service includes:

- high-level review of the client’s business processes

- identification of gaps between business needs and standard Odoo functionality

- basic recommendations on possible system setup


This service:

- does not include detailed documentation or formal reports

- does not include system configuration or implementation

- is limited to a high-level overview and advisory input


Delivery time:

- up to 5 business days


Only one analysis scenario is provided. 

Further analysis or detailed documentation requires a separate paid service.


4. Service Packages (Hours) 


 Service packages may include:

- Analyst hours

- Development hours

- Combined packages (Analyst + Development)


These hours may be used for:

- consulting

- system configuration

- basic setup within standard Odoo functionality


Usage rules:

- Hours are valid for 30 calendar days from the start of service

- Unused hours are forfeited after this period

- Hours may be used gradually within the validity period

- Hours are not tied to a single session and can be distributed across multiple tasks





5. Service Start and Delivery



 Work begins within up to 5 business days after payment.

If the client does not respond or fails to provide required information, 

the service may be considered delivered based on available data.





6. Payment and Refund Policy 



 

If a client purchases the “Fit Odoo” or “Mini GAP Analysis” service, 

the service may be converted into an equivalent service package of up to 10 hours (Analyst and/or Development), upon client request.


Similarly, purchased service hours may be used for analytical services instead of configuration, within the same total allocation.


Such conversion:

- does not change the total value of the service

- does not extend the validity period (30 calendar days)

- does not qualify for any refund


All conversions must be agreed upon before or during the service period.


7. No Guarantee and No Rework 



 

The service is based on standard Odoo functionality and best practices.


We do not guarantee that:

- Odoo will fully meet all business requirements

- the configured solution is final or production-ready


Any additional work or changes are considered separate paid services.


8. Client Responsibilities 



 

The client agrees to:

- provide accurate and complete information

- participate in communication

- attend scheduled sessions


Failure to do so may affect the results and timelines.


9. Licensing 



 Odoo licenses are not included in any service. 

The client is responsible for purchasing licenses separately.


10. After-Service Support



 No ongoing support is included. 

Any further work requires a separate agreement or invoice.


11. Limitation of Liability 



 Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed 

the amount paid by the client for the service.


We are not liable for:

- business decisions made by the client

- financial or operational outcomes

Limitation of Liability (Extended) 


The service is provided "as is" and based on standard system capabilities.


We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes or results.


The total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client. 


Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


12. Governing Language 



 These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in the English language. 

Any translations are provided for convenience only.
