The standard version of Odoo lacks the ability to automatically update exchange rates from Ukrainian banks, which creates inconveniences for companies operating in Ukraine. Features
- The module extends the built-in currency exchange module, allowing you to use NBU (National Bank of Ukraine) REST API for downloading current exchange rates.
- The module updates the currency rates that are active at the time of download.
- When currency exchange rates are updated before 15:30 Kyiv time, the rates for the current day are updated. When updating after 15:30 Kyiv time, the module returns courses for the next day.
Instruction
To enable scheduled currency rates update:
- Go to Invoicing > Configuration > Settings Ensure Automatic Currency Rates is checked.
- Choose a Service: [UA] National Bank of Ukraine.
- Set the interval: manually, daily, weekly or monthly. It is also recommended to run the update manually right away by clicking the "Update Now" button.
